My career as an artist began very early.
At the age of 5, I became a student of the Arg studio of J.G.Gambaryan (Distinguished Artist of the USSR). My first teacher was primarily concerned with the development of us as a person in general, and she used innovative approaches in teaching.
From 1975 to 1985, thanks to my teacher, I took part in many international drawing competitions for children and became their winner. (Italy, Romania, Denmark, Poland, Baltic States)
From 1985 to 1987 – was studing at an art school.
Since 1988, my interest in fashion and clothing design took my main focus.
The path of the fashion designer led me to shows and catwalks, a noisy world of show business and vibrant media events.
Eventually my attention and thoughts were captured by the issues of environmental friendliness and resources, recycling of materials, by the search and study of authentic technologies.
Felting has become my favorite craft and remains a priority to this day. I am inspired by the ability to create with my hands, feeling each step on the way. This material fully meets all necessities like health, balance with the outside world and aesthetics.
My clothing collections have become more balanced, sustainable and completely handcrafted. It was exposed at:
Kiev Fashion from 2013 to 2017
Junior Fashion Week 2018-2019
The last few years my work have returned to the Art world, but in a new sound.
This is artwork of painting, felt, embroidery. Many art objects are made from recycled materials.
I am inspired by nature, cultural treasures of South America, travel and art history.
